I’ve been going to Warby Parker for years now with my kids but this past October I decided to make the transition and switch over my glasses to WP. It was an amazing choice all from the help of the SONO WP team. My experience at this store was phenomenal. Everyone was so attentive and helpful with my kids and I. The manager of the store, Kat who helped us on our glasses journey; leads her team in a way that all stores should follow. From her knowledge of the products to giving her honest opinions on the glasses we were looking at, to her patience with working with 3 people at a time, was beyond any customer satisfaction that a customer should experience. My daughter and I walked out of the store purchasing more than one pair because of how incredible our experience went at the store. Anyone and everyone should go to this store if you’re in need of a pair of glasses or an eye exam!

Excellent customer service! I broke my glasses and asked for a new frame, not only did they have the frames in stock but so much care was taken to adjust my frame to fit. Very impressed!!

I went to this store after being recommended by my children. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped my get a pair of glasses one for computer vision and another for distance vision. They have lot of choices and stylish to pick from. Little pricey but worth it.

The store at SoNo Collection is clean, well-organized, appropriately staffed and has an extensive selection of frames. Kat was extremely welcoming and carefully listened to my needs. She did an excellent job recommending frames based on my feedback and face shape/size. Highly recommend. Such an easy experience.

It was my 1st time in Warby Parker in their Sono store, I was greeted by Tiffany who was friendly, courteous, a good listener, very knowledgeable and insightful. It was a GREAT retail experience at 1/2 the price I would usually pay. Warby Parker is a GOOD brand, because of GREAT people like Tiffany. Without great people , there are no good brands!

I had a great experience at Warby Parker at the SoNo mall. The optician was knowledgeable and attentive. I always have a hard time finding frames that fit my face well and their styles come in several sizes which was fantastic. I actually had a lot of choices for once!

The Sales Associates at Warby Parker SONO are terrific! In addition to running a clean and organized store, these women are thoughtful and candid with their recommendations. They are not just making a sale, they are developing a customer relationship so that you will trust their advice. When you need new glasses in a year or two, you will go back to them. Who could ask for more.

Don't expect good customer service in store. I asked for them to accommodate my situation, and was met with a sales pitch after sales pitch. Straight from the manager. I have had eye correcting surgery. And no longer need a prescription in my right eye. I asked over the phone, if i could get a blank piece of glass, like what was on display in the store. They told me i could "possibly get help in store". The guy who sold me, and fitted my glasses met me in store, with a smile. I like this guy, he heard what I was looking for, and said "i think i can help you" he knew he could pull a lens off the shelf, and help me. He tells his manager, and she doesnt want to take a pair of glasses off her shelf and out of commission to accommodate me. She requires a prescription written for a blank in the right eye. now WHY THE HECK would i get a prescription and buy another full set of frames, and lenses. i told her i would get the other eye done next month. She wouldnt just give me the damn blank lens sitting on her showroom pairs. i told her i would give her the lens back, and my entire pair of glasses for that matter. once i get my other eye corrected in a few weeks.my solution, pop out a lens and just wear my glasses lensless on the right side. i know this is stupid but wow what bad brand image. it seriously was the case that in order for me to get a blank lens- one i only needed for 3 weeks- i needed to buy a whole pair of glasses, prescription written and all. so so so dumb.thinking outside the sales order, is not an option for the manager here. she was a woman by the way.

The In store experience was great. We were able to get eye exams and it was covered by United Healthcare spectra and everyone in store was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it.

I’ve been to the Norwalk location numerous times and have had a great experience every single time. Every associate who has helped me has been patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The most recent time I went, Kat Santos helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses and was amazing the entire time I was there. I was deciding between 8 different designs and Kat helped me choose one by teaching me about the shape of the frames, the lens color, and other options. She was incredibly patient as it took me a long time to make a final decision. I will always go back to Warby Parker for all my glasses and sunglasses needs.

I love love love Warby Parker! I stopped going to the eye doctor and came here and never looked back! It’s quick efficient and affordable but most all the have such amazing options for optical wear !!! KAT IS MY FAVORITE!’ She always make sure you not only get the best service but she really takes care of you!!!

Wow, I’ve been to PLENTY of other Warby’s before but this one is very special here at the SONÓ mall. The employees are so fun, kind, and polite. I ordered three pairs of transition lenses (one pair of sunglasses). One pair I couldn't read through, they were very blurry. The optician urged me to take them home for two weeks and try them. I had been in the same position before with WP, so I chose to return the lenses. I had another pair in the corner of the left lens there was some blurriness. I was considering returning them anyway because the frames were too heavy for me. I took them to my ophthalmologist's office and had the prescription checked. They weren't perfect. The right lens was off by a little (the reading portion) and the left lens was off by more(also the reading portion). At WP I was told that some degree of imperfection in the lenses is acceptable. Really? I have to read out of these things! I need perfection in my glasses, dental work, surgery, and some other things. If my apples are misshapen it's okay. My job requires that I be able to see well! And in life, I need to see well. I'm giving WP another shot. We'll see when I pick up the next pair. Fingers crossed!

I was a little nervous going in since it seems like a retail store and it is in the mall but everyone was very kind. The representative who helped me answered all of my questions and when she didn't know an answer she would ask her supervisor. I appreciate that! My glasses came in the mail and they were a little too loose so I went in and they fixed them in 5 minutes. It was a pleasant experience
