I usually don't write reviews, but Westy Norwalk is a home run! The staff is great - professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and informative! The service is top drawer and the building is nicely laid out, brightly lit and always clean or being cleaned. Let me also add that the courtesy bottled water is exceptionally good. I would like to thank Lainey, Cathy, Kyle and Jessica for their high level of service. I also would like to commend the gentleman who cleans the building, but unfortunately do not know his name. He's very polite and does a great job keeping the place sparkling.

We have been happy customers of Westy’s in Norwalk, CT since 2012. We have downsized to smaller units twice as our storage needs have changed. The Westy’s facility is bright, safe and spotless. The staff is always friendly and professional. A special shout out to Kyle who was very helpful in my most recent interaction.

Jessica and Kyle were outstanding with respect to professional service, efficiency, and were very personable and accommodating. The facility is pristine and I highly recommend! They deserve 7 stars and a bottle of champagne each!

I just recently moved from the Wilton WESTY to the Norwalk WESTY..The transition was
smooth with the use of the WESTY truck. Also a staff member saw my struggle to climb in the truck and was able to loan me a step stool to make it easier to get in and on my way to pick up my stuff from Wilton. The main entry is big and spacious so no bumping into other renters whenever I’ve gone to drop something off or pick something up from my storage unit.
I see familiar staff who greet me when I come in and offer me water before I ask for it (I always ask for water) I like the convenience and location of the Norwalk WESTY it’s worth the five stars

Great storage though the upper floors run warmer - I feel like for the price the floors should be evenly cooled/heated. Staff are great. 👍🏻

My family is new to the Westport area and at times not every business is welcoming or share the same sentiments for my NGO. From the minute I met Lainey, she has provided the best in class service and despite being a small business she can attest to the greater goal . I have rented storage in other places which were cheaper in the beginning but went u in price after a few months. Yes - Westy could be considered higher than other competitors in the area however, this storage provides Safety and Class for a woman based company . The premises are clean , let’s not mention the bathroom and landscape. What’s refreshing all storage be in Wilton , Norwalk - they are same consistent standards. I write this candid post to let Westport know Lattice International has received warm reception. They have earned my business and signed up for 3 months which is the max lease . What actually sold me to the place is they environmentally conscious- they even Adopted a Highway . Asante Westy for seeing me !!!!

After 5 years of storage, our personal items (fine furniture, oriental rugs, and artwork) were all in pristine condition. Westy’s temperature and humidity controls are excellent. Highly recommend!
