They absolutely refuse to greet you. Whether you're searching for the right wine, or at the check out.... they will NOT say "hello" ! I was at check out today, and there were two men. I placed my items on the counter and said "hello". NO RESPONSE! So I said, very loudly "HELLOOOO". Finally, "oh, hi" and they tried to make up for that with a "have a nice day...blah blah". Not a word would have been spoken had I not loudly pronounced my greeting! Unreal. It can't be that hard!

We have been going here for years. Always friendly service and great wine suggestions. Prices are typical for the area. They have a wide selection of craft beers.

Extensive collection of alcoholic beverages. Nice choice of international beers, especially Eastern European, extensive domestic IPA collection. The alcohol collection is extensive with at least 50% of the offerings international. Didn't have time to look into the wine but lots of sherry, port, ect.

Well organized store friendly people. Variety of liquor available from all over the world ?.Good size store, makes it easy, fast and less confusing, compared to large liquor store. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Of course WOB has the best prices & selection. But very surprised to see the manager walking around with no mask, even though there's a huge sign requiring masks for customers. He came and stood WAY to close to us to discuss wine, and at the register he was eating a meal. We are still in pandemic and considering he's Indian and the seriousness of the pandemic in India, he'd do at least the minimum. I guess WOB just doesn't care about safety protocols and the health of their customers. There are other places to shop.

I have been coming here for years. These guys are truly friendly and the service is awesome. The prices are great. There’s plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
