I have been shopping at Zara for the longest but today we had a horrible encounter with Billy. He continuously insulted one of his colleagues for letting us ( the customers) go try some clothes in the fitting rooms, then proceeds to rush us out and scream at his colleague in a disrespectful way. Not only was he disrespectful to his coworker but to us as well. Unbelievable how they let people like this treat their coworkers, makes sense why this store has so many low reviews. The service sucks. The lines are huge & well there’s Billy. Management should really take into consideration who they select as a supervisor.

Nice store but line was extremely long - regular Saturday in the middle of September. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes???????unacceptable ??

Claimed their fitting rooms were closed so I ended up trying clothes in public in front of the mirror. No changing room? That's fine.

They don’t know what customer experience means. They never have sufficient cashier to check out people and it’s been like this for years. 2 cashiers for 30+ people in line and men cashier counter is always closed. Why don’t they just remove the men checkout counter all together. Very frustrating experience, as always.

The worst experience. One cashier for 25 ppl in line. Asked a worker to find more help and he said “no, we are short staffed and are not trained for this”. Poor management.

They always have so many employees working and never enough on the register. The line is always so long no matter that time you arrive. There is zero motivation with any of the staff here.I have been shopping at this store for years because it’s the closest option and always regret it.The store didn’t open on time & there was a line to even enter the store.I got in line at 11:17 and checked out at 11:41 on a random Thursday morning when the mall was empty.They had 1 employee on the register, then a second but over 15 employees walking around. This is a situation the manager should get on the register and help move the line along, but again this is the situation every single time. Based on other reviews & my experience here this will continue, as the managers are 100% aware of this.

Such upsetting experiences. in December, my brand new I phone14 was stolen as I was trying something on (as the dressing rooms were closed so I had to try on in front of a mirror on top of my clothes). The manager wouldn’t even discuss with me or pull up the security footage, even after an attempt by mall security to speak with them.June, The store is approx 85 degrees and there are 30 people in line with 2 checkout employees. I purchased a few items yesterday and they are all significantly cheaper today, so I waited in line to ask about a price adjustment. They said I had to return everything and wait 24 hours for it to get put onto the floor before I repurchase. I couldn’t repurchase it right there. Horribly upsetting. Can’t believe the conditions these poor employees have to work in. ?

I love Zara but this Norwalk store is literally a disaster. Piles of clothes everywhere and no organization. Staff is so rude. Dressing rooms closed for no apparent reason. Every time I come here there’s a huge line and like 2 miserable cashiers. If you have the time, make the drive to the Greenwich Ave location.

Love Zara but the store in Norwalk is horrible. They always have only one or two resister open and the line is huge.I visited the store two consecutive days and spent at least 30 min waiting to pay. No one care that the people are waiting so long. They have men, women and kids and only one register is open. If you like to shop in the store you have to take day off waiting on line.

Every time I've been at this store there are several employees milling about slowly folding clothes and only one person at the cash register. You better build in 30 minutes to purchase your items because the line is 10-20 person deep. No one greets you and the person at checkout looks at you blankly with no acknowledgement or response to your questions. Terribly unprofessional service.

If I could do a 0 star review I would. I live in Europe and our Zara stores are great, from selection of clothes to the staff who work there. Can't believe this is the same company. Shop on line if you have to as the in store experience at this shop is below AWFUL. Amancio Ortega (founder & owner) should be horrified by this store. (btw doesn't matter when you shop there, they fail any day & time of the week).

The sales associate with the green hair in the men’s section of Zara is not helpful at all. In fact, none of the associates in the men’s section were helpful or knowledgeable.

Since COVID I’ve been more understand of retail stores struggle to hire and staff, but the experience at the store was so terrible I came here to provide a review and I see my experience was not unique. I was here to exchange a gift for a different size and fitting room was closed due to “short staffed”, but I was told it was ok if I’d sat on the floor to try on the shoes. The return policy is terrible and I suspect they goer a ton of complaints because the manager Was quick to tell me and others to call customer service.Terrible terrible store and experience.

I got to the register to pay and the cashier just yawned in my face and continued talking to their coworker about someone who got to go home because of a cough.i had to wait for my receipt cause she wasn’t done talking to her coworker and laughing. Girl w glasses and red hair in dressing room was so rude. I get that the store is closing but it’s not that hard to not take your frustrations out on people, I know cause I worked retail too. Store was a mess because of all the sales but didn’t really mind that, it’s the people that choose to work retail and don’t know how to customer service or just be nice.

Store was very unorganized. Clothes half off the shelves dragging on the ground, clothes dropped through out the store on the ground. Cashiers were impolite and dismissive. Went to the store to make an online return. Don’t suggest this at all. Not very impressed, but I love their clothes.
