    360 Defense to me has felt like more of a home since starting here in January. Having prior training and earning my Blue belt elsewhere, I was aware the obstacles I would face.     Great staff! Our grandson’s confidence and motivation has increased beyond our expectations!!! Thanks to the caring staff. Everyone goes the extra step, to ensure the kids get right!

    Both myself and my daughter have trained at 360 Defense for the past 3+ years. It's a great workout while learning self defense. My partners are awesome. I have other gym memberships but this is the one I never miss.The instructors are great with the kids.
