This building was okay to rent at first, but they hired a new management co in 2025 which turned everything around. They raised the rent twice in the first month and charge many fees, even before your due date. Their reason was they are charging to the comps in the area, not taking into consideration the condition of this building and where it is located. They are very difficult to deal with and have rude and uncaring personel.
This building is very old and has many issues like mold, water damage, mice, and an elevator that is not self operable. It is also not climate controlled as stated. The good thing is the staff in the building are delightful to work with.

I used the storage for almost 2 yrs the facility was kept clean and well lit the carts made it extremely easy to move in and move out the staff at the site were so kind and understanding about late payments I highly recommend radiant storage and would use them again

The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful. Only downside is the hours. If you need anything out of your unit after 6pm, you don't have access and have to wait till the next day.

Rented a climate controlled unit, got a unit hotter than a sauna that i could hardly breathe in. Elevator operator wouldnt speak two words to us, even when i mentioned how hot it was. Dont know where any other employees were, if there are any. Called to address the climate control issue, got a call center multiple times. When told im being transferred to the building, i get sent right back to the call center because they refuse to answer the phone. Charging people extra for climate control only to have them stressing worrying if their belongings are going to be ruined because of services paid for dont exist IS WRONG!!!!! Paying over $100 a month for a tiny closet only to have added stress wondering if things will be ruined in the humidity and heat IS WRONG!!!! I wish I knew before I rented that this was one of those big companies that cares about their money but nothing more, I never would have rented here. I thought it was still family owned like when it was AAA storage. It was much better then.
Edit, the new person taking over maintaining this building contacted me directly trying to fix the issues and was very understanding or why im stressed. Nobody wants to have to worry if their property will be ruined. He assured me that he is sending people to address the problem, i hope hes true to his word because he sounded very genuine. Ill update to 3 stars, ill go to 5 if the issue is actually fixed.
