Do not recommend. I understand tax season is busy but it took almost 90 days just to get my taxes filed. Over 5 phone conversations I was told my taxes would be done by the end of the month, then was told they forgot because they were filing for a large company and they took priority, after 60 days I was called with questions that were answered at the initial sit down and now finally getting my paperwork sent to me after 3 months and at the cost of $1100. I called to explain my frustration and let’s just say they don’t take criticism well. After 3 words of explanation I was screamed at by Tim and he doesn’t let you get a word in. Was totally ok with us not using him anymore for taxes which I’m ok with. I most definitely won’t be going back. Good luck if you file your taxes through him.

I didnt use the service because I was given good advice from Timothy. Last year a few things changed in life so I thought I would need tax help. When I told him the situation he told me it really wont change anything and I could continue to do my own taxes. It was good honest advice. Thanks Neighbor.
