Went there in the evening to buy some brake pads. The store definitely rewards you for continually shopping there. I ended up getting upgraded brake pads for a total cost of 20 bucks due to some magical warranty I didn't know I had from last year. ..Provided I bring them my used pads after. Tim was the worker there in the evening who knew about how to make the whole process happen. Didn't get the names of the two girls who helped on my first visit, but everyone did awesome. PS. 5 months later and AutoZone is still super helpful. Good man Lorenzo did a great job with a battery change when I was in a hurry.

You buy parts from this place now and all the new young men working there never want to help install lights or anything any more. This is the last of my visit. I been going there for over 15 years . That was the 2 time something like this happened and the last straw for me.

I got a brand new crank shaft sensor form auto zone and had to pay 300 $ to get it installed in my car and after getting it done and driving around the light came back on and it giving a p0335 for bad crank shaft sensor so now I have to pay 300 $ to put another one in I will never buy a part from them again they really need to test there parts before selling them to people

Triston came out and scanned my car. Figured out the issue. Was extremely helpful and explained very thoroughly how to fix it and what I would need. 10/10 best employee

Hunter helped us out when our battery died. He was professional and courteous. Had our battery swapped out in 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend coming to this autozone.

My boyfriend got a flat tire in the general parking lot of the auto zone plaza. He walked into auto zone to ask a question and Jezreel was quick to offer a helping hand. He first had all the answers to my boyfriend’s questions, then offered to come outside and help us with his tire. He showed us all the tips and tricks and was extremely professional. We appreciate all his help and will be recommending Norwich AutoZone.

Just stopped in today to get battery checked, Exceptional service an employee promptly helped me find the issue and helped install a new battery right in the parking lot. Definitely recommend going here for any small issues you have with your vehicle.
