I have been banking with Core plus personal/business accounts for years and absolutely love them until today when I came before they opened up inside went through the drive-through and was told I couldn’t do a transaction of over $2500 through the window so I said OK that’s fine I’ll come through and get half and I’ll come back through and get the other half. They responded with I’m sorry my manager said we can’t do that ..WHAT, why not that’s two transactions… this doesn’t even make sense to me! If I had all the time in the world to Wait for the inside to open up that would be great, but I don’t!

The customer care team is making me count my days with core plus. The account rep asked me for my account number which I asked for identification purposes or for the charge purpose. And she responded “uhhh I’d imagine so”. Like what kind of response is this??? You’re the expert you should be confident in asking me the questions. Really really irritating to where I don’t even enjoy talking to the care representatives. And I’ll be changing banks.

Use a bigger bank. If you make a payment it doesn't post the same day and they will blame you for being late. Life happens and these people don't care. Terrible local bank.
