The employees of this location are amazing. They have smiles on their faces, greet the customers with kindness and treat the customers with respect. But I have noticed this daily occurrence of the store manager spending more time outside in her vehicle smoking cigarettes than actually working. Said manager also will leave employees alone at the store for hours without help when she should be working or at least have a second person that can run registers if it is busy. Overall I love the store. But the manager needs to do better.

Cashiers are always hanging out talking every time I come in here. The line to check out is always a mile long and rather then someone coming to help on another register they just ignore it

New manager is very pleasant and always helpful. She is The hardest working manager I've seen yet at this location since they opened. Clover valley is my favorite milk and dairy brand that is reasonably priced. Grateful to have a Dollar general in my neighborhood. Very convenient and great for purchasing essentials for day-to-day living. It's my go to store for milk, toilet paper and such

Always go here to snacks and stuff but thinking i might not go back at all!, the older women there I'm sure she's the manager is really rude! I thought she was just in the bad mood until the 3rd time i come in and I just realize that she doesn't have that good of customer service. Please, treat nice customers with the same treatment they give you, I understand u have a long day dealing with other customers but it's not an excuse!!!

Here's the major issue, each time I enter this store to buy some baking soda (that is all I ever get at the Dollar General) the same weird male in a black shirt will come to the register (even if someone else is actively on the register, that person will be removed) and the same strange male will insist on checking out my items. SUPER WEIRD. The last time I was in the store about 1.5 weeks ago in January of 2022, there was only one person on the register. A white girl, who scoffed and scowled at me as I walked into the store and made my way to the isle I needed. Upon checking out, the girl turned off her register lights (as I placed my items at the register) the creepy male in the black shirt rushed over to a different register and she claimed that I "had" to go over to the creepy guy to get checked out, again (while laughing and smirking, as though redirecting me to the same creepy checkout guy, every time I shop at this location, is some sort of joke). Obviously, I won't be back to this store EVER but if someone else out there notices this same creepy, PREDATORY behavior while trying to quietly shop, 1.) NO, YOU'RE NOT IMAGINING IT. I notice this happening every single time I go to this location and it's most likely happening to other women and girl shoppers, too + 2.) YES, it is CREEPY, WRONG AND PREDATORY. Do take your buisness somewhere where you can peacefully shop without being preyed upon by some CREEP! I was going to properly withdraw my support by returning the items I purchased that day (I should have left them at the register the MOMENT the rude cashier tried to redirect me to that creep again; I know

The place is normally easy to get into and out of but the last two times I've been in it seems as though the place is such a mess. And the check out is another problem all of it's own.
