I believe the gentleman's name is Geon (and I hope I have that correct and also not sure of the spelling??) I think he is at the FedEx, 3 Dominican Dr, Norwich, CT. I just want to say he is amazing ... An important package had my PO Box on it instead of physical address but he was able to get it corrected and delivered to me in record time! Thank you! Also, to Lynn who was the FedEx call center supervisor I spoke to originally who really helped by calling Geon directly so we could catch it in time. Thank you all this was so greatly appreciated!!

No matter what it is, FedEx no longer drops off packages to businesses without signature. Worse, even though this station is 3 miles away, they require me to drive to Bradley (Windsor) to drive it here myself! There are stations _between_ Norwich and Windsor, mind you! Now I can't use FedEx.
Why 5 stars? Because the people and service at this station is 5 stars, while FedEx is a ZERO stars... :-(

The FedEx Team at 3 Dominican Dr, Norwich, CT, are the best. Due to an input coding error at a local FedEx office in NJ, an important package (intended for us) wound up being del'd to a home with a similar address to ours (but an hour's drive away). The staff at FedExNorwich (the delivery office who took the package to the similar-sounding address) helped us track down the package with great ease. The staff were efficient, knowledgable and, most importantly, were key in getting the package to us (the rightful recipients).
