The one thing I like about visiting my local store is that when you make an appointment to get things done? you can rely on the fact that not only will they do that for you but they will give you overall look at what’s going on with your car and make the proper recommendations for you to have certain things repaired or they make suggestions towards upcoming repairs that may be needed and that’s something I greatly appreciate living in the Northeast.

This place is horrible, they charge for service and don’t do it! They are hiding information to have you pay for something you don’t need! Totally disgusting service! Don’t ever take your BMW to this place! Charge me for servicing the vehicle and didn’t complete the job! Went back to the rudest customer service!

I struggled to post this review for a long time because I wasn't sure how I wanted to handle it, but all I'll say is: I brought my car in for a noise it was making - my best guess was drivers side, either front or rear but i wasnt sure. They took a look and recommended maybe 4 or 5 different services, we chatted about priority, I made a decision, we decided the shocks were a likely culprit but also just in need. Waited hours and it was done, drove away. Went home, went to get ice cream literally around the corner from me, all of these locations are within about 5 min of each other. I was backing into a parking space when there was a "ku-clunk" sound. Got out and looked and the rear drivers side tire was clearly leaning and looked disconnected. I called a tow and when firestone looked at it, they said the rust on the control arm was so severe that it snapped.
I dont think I need to include the details and the feelings I have about this situation, but just know this garage missed a cricitical failure point after doing a "thorough inspection" on my car and had I gone on the highway and not around the corner to back into a spot, there could have been a vastly different outcome. Due to the significant safety implications, I would not recommend this location or this company.

Please don't go here they took advantage of my elderly mother my mother brought her car here because of a windshield washer motor went bad on her 2019 Volvo the part she needed cost $119.13 I looked it up after she said they are charging her $413.00 just for the part she had to pay for the part up front she told me about how she went there told them her windshield washer motor was broke they charged her $99.99 to tell her something she already new and after she was told she had to make a $413.99 deposit and after she told me what they wanted to charge her I looked up part found out they were way over charging her she could have bought all 3 windshield washer motors for her car and it still would have been cheaper then their one part and when she told them she didn't want to do it anymore she couldn't afford to pay more than $413.00 she's on social security they told her she would lose her money she already paid what kind of place does this to a elderly woman they ended up charging her $701.40 this is how this place treats their elderly customers and to make things even worse they removed her windshield blade for her back window I don't live close by or I would have went up there because she is scared to go back there because they were very forceful and demanding and very intimidating to her I included pictures I hope no elderly or anyone for that matter go here ever again because this is how they treat our most vulnerable people in their community

I would avoid this establishment if you value quality work on your car.
Brought my 2018 Subaru STI here for an alignment and a road force balancing with specific instructions for the technician to follow specific to my vehicle.
My car has really big brake calipers, that make contact with the wheel weights of the vehicle if they’re put too far into the wheel. This was instructed to the tech and front desk agent before leaving my car in their car. I also specifically said my car doesn’t not track straight and I believe my camber to be off in the front and asked them to take care of it. They didn’t.
They toed and go’d my alignment, I even have the sheet, camber remained untouched. The steering wheel remains crooked on my car STILL.
They damaged the powder coating on my brakes after instructing them to keep the wheel weights away from the calipers in the wheel, which Subaru is now quoting me 1000 a side to replace on top of the alignment they are doing.
I went back to the shop, they said earliest they could get me in to rectify the situation was a week.
I’m appalled. They ruined my vehicle and now I have to wait a week to get it fixed and rectified?
Avoid this place. They will cost you money and as a ase certified tech myself I wouldn’t recommend this place to any family or friend of mine.

Mechanic work here is great from my family's experience! However if you want to get emissions done here, call ahead. over the years I have a good 50/50 of their emissions equipment working or not working

Absolutely horrible. I scheduled my car for an oil change and dropped it off before they opened in the morning. I came back to pick it up at 5pm and they hadn't done it. The car had been there for over 10 hours. Ridiculous.

I highly recommend making an appointment, they are very busy which is a great thing. I was in and out in about an hour and they were very informative and explained a few things they found that would need to be fixed soon and gave me qoutes. I will make another appointment soon to get those things fixed with them

I was informed of everything up front, including pricing and wait time. Communication was great and the staff was super polite and very helpful. I'll definitely be coming back
