I’ve been looking for more of a family style car, looked for a few weeks, finally seen one at girard ford, I came in last minute on the way to work, and they took care of me like I was a return customer. First time meeting Maneck S. And Rob C. We’re both amazing in their efficiency and hospitality. We explored options but got into the right vehicle! Thank you to them. I Would definitely recommend stopping in to Girard Ford right in Norwich. Thank you again!

Maneck and his team are incredibly, very helpful and made me feel like I was part of the family. He introduced me to everyone on the Girard team, all the employees in the garage. Everything was exceptional! They went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend going to this place for services!

I negotiated a deal with Eddie, who knew I was an out-of-state buyer. I told them I'm buying with cash, and they still needed my driver's license and social security number. Immediately after obtaining my personal information, Eddie's superiors backed out of the sale. I'm checking to see if they ran an illegal credit check on me.

Maneck was an amazing individual to work with. He was more than accommodating in or requests, had the answers to all of our questions and was willing to stay beyond the normal business hours to assist us. The 2022 Ford F-150 XLT Super Crew truck we purchased was worth the time and money !! All staff members that we interacted with were all very friendly, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle, stop into Girard Ford, you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible experience with the collision center ! I was in an accident on 7/16/2025 some one hit my back end of my 2025 hyuandi Santa Fe (only had 2,000miles on it) they kept my car for over 2 months and billed my insurance company almost $13,000 for damages!! Got my car back finally just to find out they did not replace the parts with the original parts as this is a brand new vehicle!! I had a chrome muffler they replaced it with an aluminum one and barley welded it correctly so my car had to go back in the shop a total of 3 more times recently as of 10/22/2025 I picked it up today to find out that they never fixed the gasket or replaced my muffler to the correct one in fact they never touched it until this morning 10/24/25 an hour before they told me to come pick it up!! I will never recommend or buy a car from this dealership so unprofessional.

Best car buying experience I've had to date. Kevin was exceedingly courteous, not pushy, and attentive to my requests and feedback. There was a misunderstanding (I presume) at some point and a service plan I had not requested had been added to the bill, but the issue was swiftly resolved once I pointed it out.
