I go here pretty often and there is one worker that ruins the entire experience, 5ft8-5ft10 feminine long curly hair, very thin with glasses working 12:00 Friday afternoon. Doesn’t know how to say excuse me and just reaches across you after standing and staring like you’re in THEIR way, I’m the customer, you chose to put a rack of tshirts away where I was instead of all the linens where no one was. Invaded my personal space and made me very uncomfortable, not a single excuse me just staring at the side of my head until they grew too impatient or I moved. This person is consistently rude every time I’m in the store and has no concept of personal space. They should NOT be working the floor and should be sorting in the back before they cause someone to have a meltdown with their stalking behaviors.

This is the best thrift store. So much clothing and it's organized very well. The staff is super sweet.

Went there last week for the first time in 2 or so months. The book area is now even smaller now. It was prettydepressing and pathetic. What they did have for shelves were almost half empty and not much of a seletion. Basically just picture children books cookbooks and one shelf dedicated to Patterson books. Really sad considering they get a ton of book donations that probably just get thrown out never making it to the sales floor.

I love the Norwich Goodwill. It's my favorite one. I'm kind of disappointed at the moment though, because the girl that's working in the front cashing people out ( 6:15 p.m. Jan 12,2025) is very rude. I asked her a simple question , and she gave me a very bad attitude. The young boy that was on the side of her cashing people out wasn't too friendly either. They both need to learn how to treat customers with respect. Besides that I never have an issue with the store.

Picked through lately. People trying to buy cheap to resell at tag sales and flea markets.

Large selection and friendly service. Has customer restrooms. Clothes can be pretty unorganized and you do find quite a lot of broken or dirty clothes for not very cheap prices. Especially well-known brands’ clothes can be pretty expensive despite being in bad shape

Don't buy clothes there they are unsanitary because they let people try on clothes and also do not return any clothes at any point in time even with tags on them and never used buy the buyer.tags on and receipt 2 days later would not even give me a store credit.

Store is always organized and about as clean as you can expect a thrift store to be, but prices have crept up over the years. It's much harder to find a deal than it used to be.

Goodwill is supposed to be a thrift store but you can buy brand new at walmart at the same price as this goodwill or less. They are a for profit store they receive all items by donations and search ebay for the highest price available it is truly sad that the poor must pay the prices for well worn and broken items that they are demanding for a change of clothes or an item that would make life a little easier, this is the kind of thing I am talking about my girlfriend wanted a nylon to use for a short time filter for the wet\dry shop vac and found this for the purpose but when she asked how it would be legal to disregard the manufacturers price the woman stated it wasn't their product and could sell it for whatever price they wanted to. NOTHING IN GOODWILL IS THEIR PRODUCT!!! EVERYTHING is donated so why are they pricing all their donations as if the place was a resale shop? Or a retailer? Another thing after reading so.e of the more honest comments and the comments attacking the pricing habits of this particular store that has nothing you couldn't find at a yard sale for .50 or a dollar the one reply from the actual GOODWILL industries was not for outrageous and unfair pricing it was because some store employee knowingly put pornography on a shelf and a kid found it
