I've purchased 2 full sets of tires here in the last few years and I've been satisfied with this place until a recent experience my wife had.
She had a simple air leak in her tire. She drove to the shop and the gentleman working the counter asked her if she had pucks. He said they can't check the tire without them or he will get electrocuted. Totally unprompted, he asked, "you don't want my guys to get electrocuted do you?" He told her to buy her own and they are $50-$100.
After getting our own pucks for $11.99 on Amazon, she made an appt for noon on their website. He called and had her reschedule because that's when they eat lunch. When she got there he said you have to have an engineering degree to work on Teslas and that's why they can only do tires and alignment.
After identifying the problem in the tire he said they don't carry continental tires. And they can't fix it.
5 days wasted from when she first called them. The guy could have looked at the tire and told her this from the start. He talked down to her and I have to assume it's because she's a woman. She was on summer vacation and I was working, otherwise I would have been there. It's very frustrating as a husband to hear about this. I should be able to trust Goodyear to provide the same service to her as they have to me.
Lisbon Tire ordered the tire and took care of her the same day. They didn't ask any stupid questions or require additional accessories. They treated her with respect.

Needed new tires for my outlander Sport went online and compared the Cooper endeavor plus tires with Town fair tire and Goodyear was cheaper and I bought tires from them a couple years ago and had a great experience….so decided to go back! from the moment of my appointment, they took my car in right away and worked on it very quickly….when I took my car for a ride, I just love those tires. I will edit and update my review down the road for Cooper tires but as far as Goodyear Good place to go!

What a good-hearted group of people! I’ve brought my car here on two separate occasions with minor tire troubles (caused by the environment) and each time they were able to resolve it quickly and they did so free of charge. Their good faith holds my respect and loyalty.

Very friendly, reliable, fast and upfront about pricing. Recently had my third visit with Goodyear and the service has been thorough and consistent. Happy I found them!

Bad attitude from the moment I walked in. Not sure of the mans name that I spoke to but when I went in for a replacement on a new tire, he had a very stand off attitude. My car was recently stolen so the key ignition part of my car was damaged. He refused service on my tire because of it. Normally someone would refer you to a different place. He didn't even have the decency to do that. He was probably glad he didn't have to work. I ended up going to Riddys Tire service up the road, and got a tire for cheaper and they replaced it within 10 minutes. (They didn't need to start my car or have it on to replace the tire.)

Had an unexpected circumstance that warranted attention and I was glad to have this place open nearby to resolve the problem. They not only addressed the problem but they gave me ideas to go off of in case other related problem persisted. Good service.
