Called them to tow in my vehicle from Advanced Auto. Car was not accelerating and checked the codes at Advanced, popped transmission codes & MAS and was told to have a garage test it. They towed the car in late that afternoon, said it would be checked the following day. Following day had called in a few times and finally spoke with Brian who said it pooped transmission codes along with the Mass Air Flow Sensor code (everything advance had already done). When asked if it was taken for a test drive, what test where done (line pressure, OHMs) to rule out the 4200$ Transmission replacement it would require (per their diagnosis) Was asking if I would even understand what any of it meant, was I a mechanic ? Not sure what mechanic would bring their vehicle to a garage, but most people have a general understanding of how to rule out a transmission issue. After having to have them tow the car back to my home (after 5pm)Because can’t drive it transmission is shot. Them leaving my car open with the key IN IT, even though I left a bag on my door for the key and asked for it to be locked.. and a 435.88$ bill ONLY to look up how to change a mass air flow sensor and have my car running for a week now, with not one issue.. I will surely never ever recommend them to anyone. I should have read the reviews, but I always give a business the benefit of the doubt.. maybe someone was angry they had to wait to long ect. Doubt they even put a scanner on the car to begin with. But hey they got a good chunk of my money & lost someone that would have appreciated an honest look at my car & given the results of ‘testing’ done.. and not someone so condescending & arrogant that I was just to d*** to understand what line pressure testing does when searching for a transmission issue (stuck solenoid).. Thankfully I’m d*** enough to have changed the MAS and saved myself $4200 !

Kleeman’s was absolutely hands down the most amazing service I have ever experienced. I had an issue with my vehicle and was going on a family trip in a few days but was worried about driving safely. Kleeman’s was able to get me in quickly, find the parts needed and repair my vehicle a day earlier than I had to leave. I have lived all over the country and owned over 20 vehicles and this was by far the most seamless service I have ever received.

Bob and Fawn are great people who care about their customers. I’ve only ever let a few people touch any of our classic vehicles. I have had them do some maintenance on our 67 ford and they always took great care of the vehicle. The Kleeman’s team is always professional and knows what they’re doing. Recommend to anyone!

October 2022 by Xpgamerskills00 Stay awesome
I had called them for a tow when my ball joint went after waiting for three hours they came with the largest truck they had I told him what happened so he hooks up the rear end dragging it on the the truck and I asked him if it will make it worse he said probably. anyways we get it to my apt complex and now he is pushing off the truck forwards and my tire starts going under the car he does this a couple of times he goes gets the small truck which he should of came with but?♀️now he's trying to straighten it out because it's taking up two parking spots and grabs the back of the car trying to swing and and there goes the tire under the car again. So here's tow pics one of the car on the truck when the steering wheel and both front tires moved the second pic is what I was left with and nothing moves. This is crazy so now I have to pay another tow truck to come move it at least to one parking spot so it doesn't get towed smh I am asking is this normal? The owner said it is and others told me it's not and it's my mother's car who's in the hospital right now and can't afford someone else's mistakes

I brought my car to another place first (A-1) They wanted to charge me $1550 for a small exhast leak. I brought it to Kleeman's because I was pretty sure I didn't need an entire new exhast system. They replaced the piece of pipe that was leaky and quoted me at $150. Saved 1400 dollars. Always follow you common sense!Service: Exhaust
