I had a great experience with Payless Auto Glass from estimate to final payment. I took my Subaru in to have the Eyesight system calibrated after a windshield replacement. Despite the system giving the tech some trouble initially, he didnt give up and got it fixed. After a month of warning lights on my dash, I finally have a working Eyesight system. I will gladly be using and recommending Payless for any future auto glass needs.

Polite, friendly and efficient. Payless was cheaper than Safelite by at least a hundred dollars and they had my car ready in the two hours that they said they would.

Fantastic experience! I called and they explained the insurance process to me. Within 10 minutes I had the insurance claim approved and a same-day appointment. The windshield was replaced that afternoon and a week later, I have no complaints and it held up to a heavy rain with no leaks or wind noise. I definitely recommend Payless in Norwich, CT.

Payless Auto Glass in Norwichtown is top notch ! I recently had a very bad experience with an auto detailer that had scratched all of the glass on my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and needed to be replaced. After shopping around, I found Payless in Norwichtown. I was greeted on the phone by the Manager Nick. He was very easy to deal with and put a quote together and had it sent to me. He was about $1000.00 cheaper than other quotes that I had received. He ordered all the glass and had the entire job done in one day. I also dealt with Shayne and he was also very easy to work with. My car looks great once again thanks to these two gentlemen. Thank you Nick and Shayne.

Amazingly responsive, quick appointment option and met my repair day timing needs! Repair included not only glass but rear view mirror and calibration of electronics!
Hope not to be a customer again....but if ever I needed windshield replaced.... they would be my first call! Thank you for your prompt efficient and friendly service!

Always have done quality work. Excellent knowledge of working with insurance companies and getting the job approved. I couldn't even get my I insurance company to return my calls last year and they got through and got it approved. Had to go back this year (no fault of theirs, just nature) and they were top notch.
