Look up on line what time they close, says 12..get there at 7:45pm fill up 4 washers as I’m filling a fifth a guy tells me they close at 9 but I have time to wash and dry(mind u I just spent a whopping $60!!!) ok great thanks I say, as I’m rushing to get it in the dryer I see the time. I tell the guy it might not be done by 9, he tells me it’s ok I can stay a few extra minutes, again I thank him…he then asks when it’ll be done I said around 9:15 then bag it I’ll be out at 9:20. He says oh I can’t stay that late ….ok?! So can I come back in the morning when u open, he tells me they open at 6:30…I get there at 6:34 and some lady and man are taking my stuff out. I said don’t touch it I’ll finish then tried telling the lady working what happened and the time it says she gives me an attitude proceeds to talk about me to some guy(which if they open at 6:30 how are these people washing their clothes and putting it in the dryer when I show up at 6:34 never seen a washer wash clothes in four minutes so not only did we lie about the time we open we’re very rude to customers who just spent literally $60 worth of laundry in their laundromat) when I lived closer to Taftville, I always used the laundry mat in the oak tree Plaza. I guess I’ll just start traveling that way because I will never use this laundromat again and I won’t use their other one. That’s absolutely disgusting over near Walgreens. I’ve never met a laundry attendant, who was so unhappy and rude and sit there and talk crap on me to other guests. I hope I can get other people to start using the one in the oak tree plaza ( which is clean has a bathroom and has Wi-Fi and they have brand new equipment so your clothes won’t stink , They also maintain their equipment) and do not go here anymore!

The attendant woman has poor customer service. She is not helpful and not kind. We were there close to closing time and she tried to have us leave before the time even though it was not 9:00pm. She is rude.

I'm am so impressed with this laundry establishment. Justin stayed open late for me in my time of need. I had the absolute best experience here, and the service gose unmatched . Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness in a single dad's time of need. Your the best..! I'll always do business with you in the future. Your establishment has got my 5 five stars..!!

I have been dropping my laundry off for around 10yrs with no problem. I last dropping off and picked up on June11th. I was missing a set of queen sheets and a pair of tan pants. When I told the agent the answer was basically "to bad". No credit towards my next service or anything. I can't afford missing articles dropped off. Very poor customer service from the owners.

New owner has updated floor and new machine, big 80lb washer for $12, and big dryers great for comforters. Definitely will be back soon.

They just went up again on prices..fine, but use the extra money to repair the broken machines washers, dryers, even the coin machines half the time are out also replace the dirty disgusting flooring..Greed will get you nowhere but out of customers.

Anything but perfect. Dress shirts not on hangers and folded vertically in the middle. I have to refold everything. And staff not friendly at all. Avoid this place like the plague.

Washers are very disgusting.Almsot every single detergent lid has black mold on it, so I can only imagine what the inside of these washers look like.They also have "Attendant use only" machines so what does that tell you about all the other washers im sure theses few "Attendant use only" machines get kept on maintenance and cleaning and all the rest of them they say fuvk it. Honestly disappointing. Its obvious when they have there own washers to use that they keep up on those ones and not the others.VERY VERY GROSS!!

This place still has ample water in their machines. I'm sorry, but not sorry, to say I don't care for the new machines that supposedly only supply the amount of water required according to machine. That's why there are dry spots in the clothes, also why they dry quicker. If they aren't really wet to begin with, what's to dry? They get you coming and going, literally.
