I had a great and smooth experience at Scranton buying my new Trailblazer! I could have asked for a better and easier transition into buying my first brand new car. Thank you to the Scranton team for making this a great and enjoyable experience!

I brought my car in for service on 8-31 because it was running rough on the highway. It was looked at and the power steering cage and new tie rods. A alignment was also done. Was not happy with the results brought it back. Alignment was adjusted. Was a little better but overall was worse than before I brought the car in. Brought it back again on 9-13 and was told due the new power steering rack the lines were failing and need to be replaced for a additional $870. Because it was not holding the pressure of the new cage. That cage should have not been replaced. Was never told that could happen. Now the fluid is leaking. Why should I pay the full price for something that was not my fault? Now they want to replace the front lower control arm that should have tried first for $1300 and the front pads and rotors for $517. I am very disappointed in the service given. I took it to a few other places and they never said anything about the cage, yes the control arms. But I thought going to a Chevrolet dealer would be better and they would know about Chevrolet cars.

I came in for an oil change. Came out with a flat tire that the technician knew about and didn't tell me. You filled up my tired, cleared the alarm, and let me drive off that lot knowing it had a leak of some sort. My onstar told on you. I had my car at the delearship by 8:45. I didn't see the email until later on but the time for the low psi alert was for 9:21. I received a text message that my car was ready at 9:33. No alarm. It wasn't until I drove on the highway, and got to my destination, that the tire bled flat and I saw the email for the original alert.. you know the one you cleared and didn't tell me about. And then, your technician said the alert was there to begin with. Thankfully, your receptionist believed me that it wasn't because she got in the car after me to check the vin and mileage and such and it wasn't there. And there were no codes. So you basically called me a liar. You never mentioned it on my "video inspection". You're lucky that tire didn't shred and blow apart while I was driving and cost me more money. Or worse, I could have gotten hurt or hurt someone else. I should have gotten a free tire but instead you gave me a whole 10% off. You lost a customer. You wasted my money, my time, and my precious sleep because I'm a night shift nurse and had to call out the first 4 hours of my shift. You put my life, and others in jeopardy and that's not acceptable. Integrity goes a long way. Learn it.

The service person was on the spot about everything. Price and quickness. She even came to find me and tell me that my truck was done instead of texting me. I appreciate the in person touch. It makes a difference in customer service

Scranton Chevrolet Service department is awesome. Their customer service is professional and respectful. And that hasn't always been my experience, as a woman, with the service of my car. It is evident that Scranton Chevrolet values their customers. They definately have my business in the future.

Kamila was an angel. I went in panicking about how I was going to get a car given my circumstances. Kamila made sure I was comfortable and even when I was nervous she made sure to call me to ease my nerves. She and Ed did everything possible to help me and I walked with a certified car with low mileage 2 days later. Ed made sure I knew exactly what I was signing and giving me advice for the future to make sure I bring my interest rate down. He also worked so magic to make sure I left with a vehicle. Both of them was god sent and I’m so happy I got to get my car through them.

I am extremely unsatisfied came in with my vehicle to get an oil change is giving a $4000 bill. One of your employees tried to tell me that it’s wear and tear. It’s pretty funny when I bought two vehicles few weeks apart in 2016 and 2017 to 2017 takes my husband to work which takes in 40 minutes to get to work. It only takes me seven minutes to get to work so that’s impossible with the where in tear a boat vehicle for purchase weeks apart. Doesn’t make sense now I’ve bought four vehicles from you guys in the past I trade in my Chevy cobalt for this 2016 equinox and weeks later there was a recall on it for the same exact problem but the vehicle had so they never bothered to even look it up now I’m stuck with two car payments and a $4000 bill so yes I am extremely unsatisfied

My Turbo went on my 3 year old Trax, check engine light came on so I call to make an appointment on April 28th. I was told I should not drive it but it is okay to drive as long as the engine light was not flashing red. They made an appointment 4 days later. I arrive at my appointment for them to say they could not tell me when my vehicle will be serviced because they have been getting calls all morning for check engine lights on, not my problem. I was told I could leave it there or continue to drive the car a few more weeks until the scheduled cleared. I am a hard working person so I decided this instead of my car there for however long without being serviced. At the same time I made the appointment for a week and a half out, their earliest appointment, the day before my check engine light disappeared. I show to my appointment anyways knowing that the turbo was not working. They proceed to tell me that they can not fix without an active code. I call now 3 weeks later when the check engine light appears again, now this is now June 8th. It is currently June 15 and they are hoping to have it done tomorrow. I can't... how do they not understand my actual appointment was May 2 nd? How did I continue to be pushed to the back every single time. The run around is all I get. Saying they only have one other that deals with warranty issues in Vernon nope there is one 30 minutes in Brooklyn CT. Tired of lying and reading from a script. I'm a nice person but Scranton has gotten me out of character. Oh and they will try to see if we can have warranty reimburse for some of the car rental. Best believe they will. They don't even give out complimentary oil changes for the damage I have done to my car in this time. Tired of people who don't, can't and won't work.

Even though this dealership was booked up for a few weeks, the friendly and kind people at the service department still made time to check what was wrong with my vehicle. I really appreciated that and it helped tremendously knowing what the actual problem was. Thanks a lot Scranton.

Came in couple days ago to look at a couple trucks, very excited and was pleased to work both salesman Nicco and finance manager Haddad. They both helped me get the best deal possible with my very first truck. Nicco from the start was very professional and never gave me the run around and really appreciate him being upfront with me. As well as finance manager haddad who went above and beyond with doing everything he can to getme my truck. I'm just down the road and I enjoy supporting local dealerships and will definitely encourage my friends to come and buy a vehicle at scranton chevrolet.
