The customer service was amazing: I expressed a desire to downsize to their smallest trailer, and I was helped in that regard: The customer service rep allowed me to do this (after checking the schedule to ensure no other customer was inconvenienced). I was much happier and safer with a smaller trailer! Many thanks and I will try and use this service (and this specific location) again. This location is run by a small business, and their service is great. Call them and set something up!”
