LOVE this Staples! Since I first shopped there in the early-to-mid 90's, they've been my go-to spot for supplies, tech goods (cables, supplies, etc) and many more daily-use things. I always check them first, and their customer support is awesome. From my first purchase in the store, I've always been treated with courtesy and grace. They help me when needed, and don't hover if I don't need them. Their associates are knowledgeable and even suggest alternative solutions if what I want isn't on the shelves at the time I'm visiting. They are an essential part of my supply chain and I'm SO glad I have a Staples store nearby!

I had to print something immediately for a job interview. I came in as soon as they opened on Christmas Eve and was met with a fella who helped me print via an email on my phone. He explained everything very, very well and I was in and out in minutes. I didn't catch his name, otherwise I'd shout out personally, but on the way out, I saw him replacing light bulbs or fixing something else on the other registers. Great guy with long patience. Thank you!

I went to the Norwich Store and they had exactly what I needed, walked me to the item, asked about paper or anything else I needed, and then brought me and some of my items with me to the front. when a line was building on the one register that was open, he opened the second register and helped me with rewards points, coupons, specials and my purchases. Very helpful!

Kelsey at staples was rude. I admit I'm not tech savvy. I told Kelsey i needed help printing out a label. She slapped down a laminated slip that had the email address and said to send the label to that address then, she walked away. When she came back she was very rude with the directions on how to send the label. It wasn't what she said, it was the tone in which she gave the instructions. She needs to learn patience! Not all people are fluent in tech matters.

Went in to the Norwich, CT. Staples to shop for a new computer. Tech guy there was straight forward, didn't try to oversell me, no B.S. (Unlike a couple of other places I went to). The prices were the same as everywhere else so I bought it there.
