I ordered lysol wipes from this company in April 2020. They have my money but as of today, October 2020, I have not received any products. I have emailed this company at least 7 times to no avail. I have called their toll free number only to be asked to email them. I understand that employees may have been laid off come down with the virus but can I at least get an email response from someone!!???

It’s been months and they do not answer and do not return voicemails! They shipped me half a box of toilet paper. Was supposed to be 96 rolls and they sent me 30 something rolls! They charged full price and this was before the pandemic and the box was taped shut!!! Don’t use them!!

Placed my order on 3/12/2020 and paid in full.I have called and emailed with no reply. It is now 4/27/2020 and today I received the following message:**After 30 days the hold on your credit card payment automatically releases so the charge drops off your account and nothing will be charged. Your bank can confirm this.I do apologize, we are only 2 people here trying to sort out thousands of orders. Not your issue I am aware but just being real about this horrible situation we are all in.**They are certainly no 2 person operation and if they are not able to keep up with the demand they should consider hiring some of those that are out of work.Bottom line: Take your money and your business elsewhere.

I recently ordered a case of toilet paper from Supply Time (because I couldn't find any locally or at the usual online merchants), and I'm happy to say that I received it in less than a week. I did have to contact their customer service department (via email) because of an issue with my address, and they responded within a few hours. Not sure why other people have had problems with this company, but I was very pleased with my experience.

Save your tume as a person or business and do NOT use supplytime. They do not answer emails or calls for almost two weeks then just an email saying they cancelled your order... let's be real this is someone in a garage who is trying to resale products and doesn't do it well... BE CAREFUL this scam "company" also tries to scam their subscription on ebay. Will be reporting my order history and company to ebay as well as BBB and they finally refunded my money which saved them from satate attorneys office

The company owner claims that they are the best but when you deal with this company you find out that they are the worst, made several purchases since 3-23 but no delivery for 90% of the order, called and left several messages and sent emails but they didn't bother calling back at all. Will report these people to Attorney Generals office for their shady business practices !!

Placed an order on 3/19/20. Been waiting patiently and I am concern that this business is currently out of business temporarily or is this a scam? Called and email and received no feedback. Reading all these reviews is making me worried sick. My money has been taken out of my bank and I am waiting for my package to be sent out. Please reach back out ASAP to your customers. We customers understand there is a crisis going on but no feed back is horrible customer service.

I ordered tp on the 12th it still has not shipped and tried calling the 1-877 number and it goes to someones personal phone message Jennifer Start? I also sent a contact us message nothing. Looks like when the amount is not pending in my account and it goes through I'll be disputing it. I wish I thought about looking for reviews first but could not find any till now.

Placed an order for toilet paper last night, found toilet paper to be four times more expensive than elsewhere, decided to cancel but when I went to the FAQ, it said that Cancellations are not usually possible. I tried to call but keep getting a person's voicemail, not company, and it is a full inbox. I am very displeased. Now I have to eat the $82 for 1 carton of Charmin Ultra Strong Bathroom Tissue, Septic Safe, 2-Ply, White, 143 Sheet/Roll, 12/Carton. I should have done more research but I can't believe there is no way to cancel this!!!!

Either this company is out of business or is too busy to respond to a potential customer's inquiry. I have repeatedly tried to contact via email and phone over a period of a month with no reponse whatsoever. Go to Amazon, the paper towels my Company needed are cheaper there.

When you call for customer service you get voicemail. No one is ever at there desk. And, no one calls you back.
