“This place is a hidden gem!! For starters there is great parking (that is a huge one for me, I will literally not go somewhere if there is nowhere to park). We walk in and were greeted by the most lovely woman who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The space is huge and filled will many treasures that are organized and arranged in a way that makes perfect sense. The prices are also amazing! Everything was donated and all staff are volunteers. All of the money goes back into the facility and then back out into the community. I can not wait to visit again!!”
“Been going here for years! It’s a pickers paradise! I’ve gotten some really cool stuff here and the price is always right! They do clean outs so every week there’s new stuff to choose from! Love it! ???”

“I love the Norwich Goodwill. It's my favorite one. I'm kind of disappointed at the moment though, because the girl that's working in the front cashing people out ( 6:15 p.m. Jan 12,2025) is very rude. I asked her a simple question , and she gave me a very bad attitude. The young boy that was on the side of her cashing people out wasn't too friendly either. They both need to learn how to treat customers with respect. Besides that I never have an issue with the store.”
