I brought in a vacuum for a cord repair (I accidentally sucked it up inside, don't do that) and was given a thorough evaluation of what they would need to do to repair it, what it would cost, and a timeframe. Turns out that the vacuum design was a nightmare, but even at that they were able to repair it for the quoted price and within the timeframe they gave up front. They were very friendly and took the time to explain everything so I had enough information to make an informed choice on whether or not to repair or replace. While I hope I don't have to repair this machine a second time, if I do, it's going to Vacs Plus!

I was given a price of $145 in two separate phone calls to do basic clean out of 2 vacuums, I was charged $171. I then called and asked why I was charged this amount, they lied and told me it was $165. If i was told that price initially then I wouldn't have had them do the cleaning. They didn't change any parts, just a cleaning. They lied and bumped up the price the last minute. NEVER AGAIN

My Kirby needed a new cord that Rick was able to get ahold of in short order. In addition to straightening out the electric issue, my Kirby came home, cleaned up and running like a top. Rick went over and above.

This place is great! Worked with me through the whole process. We ran out vacuum without the bag and they made it like new! They were straight forward the whole time about what they could do and the cost. Also, a great place for any vacuum advice!

When I took my vacuum in for repair of a hose it was working. The place mentioned that one of the chips underneath of like it was burned out which I checked it right before I brought in. Once brought home of course vacuum did not work. I didn't even bother to call asking because I'm already $40 in for a hose repair maybe some other time. Just seemed a bit odd that's all.

I brought my vacuum cleaner 4 times to get it repaired and it would work one day then stop working. I paid a decent amount of money to get it fixed but I still end up with a non working machine.
