They messed up our bill. Had no idea what they were doing. And had to pay off a phone that I put the money down for the whole thing. They took the money and put it on a different phone.

My husband and I trade in 3 phones and 2 Watches last year. With the assumptions of getting a 1000 per trade-in. I happen to be on the phone with verizon today checking the status of the phone balances, and find out the two watches were never recorded as trade in. Disappear with no trace, and we are not getting any trade-in credit for them.

I upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro yesterday. Davao (spelling might be wrong) made the process smooth and enjoyable. He gets an A+ for customer service and if you want the same experience, ask for him!

Horrible customer service they hide fees and policies and don't tell you a lot to make commission and talk about dressing unprofessional the girl whose the manager had jeans and a tank top on when is that considered professional verizon step up your class and stop hiring people with zero class or customer service

Holly was amazing! She gave me and my girlfriend a lot of help, and it was such a quick process. She definitely saved us money, and gave us the best deal! She was super friendly, and accommodating to all customers and her coworkers.

I walked in with some really unique issues as a new customer and Katie was absolutely wonderful. She knew exactly what to do and got every problem I was having resolved the first time and quick! I almost left Verizon but Katie convinced me otherwise just by being empathetic and knowledgeable.

Horrible HORRIBLE experience. There’s a short little light-skin girl who works there that has the NASTIEST attitude from the moment I walked in the door. She ignored us and continued to finish whatever was in the boxes and then when she was done spoke to us very stale. I am disgusted with how she spoke to us, she has no customer service skills at all and she barely tried to help us. And then she started speaking to her coworker with slang complaining about how cold it is and how the store better take down the Christmas decorations because she can’t continue working there like this. If she doesn’t want to work there she shouldn’t have went and got a job there simple enough. I will be letting everybody know about my experience and to make sure not to go to that girl.

This store incomparable to the other ones I've been to!! The store manager Junaid made it effortless with the transition into my new phone…he answered all my questions. I hate change!! One worker came over and offered me water!!!! Now that's how you do it!!
