This Walgreens has changed a lot. Especially the pharmacy. The pharmacists are very nice and helpful, however, they just randomly have started shutting down the pharmacy for days at a time which is troublesome because there are prescriptions to be picked up that aren’t transferable to other locations. I’ve changed pharmacies after experiencing this over 3X. I’m sure it’s not the pharmacists fault but whoever is running this location has got to do better because you’re holding medicine that your customers need.
As for the customer service in the store, most of them are rude and not helpful. They give a lot of attitude at the register. I’ve witnessed and experienced this.

The girl at the pharmacy has been very helpful with getting the prescriptions needed and using workers comp. It took a little time but she was great with helping with the process.

Horrible. Been playing with my medications and lying about not receiving the prescriptions from Dr's. The Dr's told me they were sent in and later told me they were they were there the whole time when the drs called back in themselves. The pharmacists lie and make up excuses to inconvenience you to make you want to go somewhere else. They are horrible, unreliable and beyond rude! It also takes a forever for them to pick up a phone and the lines are ridiculous! I would not recommend!

My son is sick and his prescription was submitted at 10:30. The pharmacy can’t find the prescription and the doctor confirmed submission. This Walgreens has repeatedly put me on hold for hours at a time and refused to fix the problem when they struggled to answer the questions posed to them. This is happening every time I need a prescription filled.

Reviews should be on a -5 to +5 scale. Walgreens would be at a -5 for me.Had already had a bad experience and was looking for a new pharmacy. Thought Id give them another chance, that was a mistake. They now have had a prescription I've been waiting for going on 3 weeks. I called and said you've had this for 3 weeks and I've been out of it that long and you just never filled it? She told me it must have been forgotten. This is for a muscle relaxer, imagine if it were someone's heart medication. The staff just stand behind the counter joking around with each other and making the customers wait until they finish their story to their co-workers.Bad, Bad, Bad. Avoid!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Accepted my prescription and my insurance. Spent 3 days calling and waiting trying to get them to fill it. After 3 days I finally found out they don't accept anthem??? I have been without my meds for 3 days. My mood stabilizers. No one called me, nor did they tell me something was wrong when I called multiple times. I am beyond disappointed and will be posting this everywhere. The app says they need updated insurance, so I updated it twice. They never called nor did they let me know they did not accept my insurance when I called. I will never be returning here and if you want your meds, I suggest you don't either.

Always wait at least 30 min standing in line at pharmacy. My online pickup “Didn’t go through” even though i got online confirmation and they refused to take care of it in the drive through. It wasn’t a prescription to process; covid test are covered by insurance. So make the sick person with a fever potentially with covid stand inside for 30 minutes. Makes no sense at all. Didn’t even try to work with me.

Not very happy with this location. I switched from CVS to Walgreens on a medication I needed and still need. I was not able to get my medication filled at CVS because of their incompentence so I thought I could give Walgreens another chance. They are no better than CVS. After the terrible experience I had with CVS not filling the correct medication I went straight over to Walgreens since they are across the street from each other. When we pulled up to the window I asked the woman at the window if she could fill this prescription. She said she would be able to. I had her check to see if this medication was in stock. She said it was and to come back in 20 minutes. About 10 minutes later she calls me and says they need to order it as it is not in stock. I said okay but thought am I going to have a nightmare with them as I did with CVS. The woman said it would be ready the following day and to come back and get it. I agreed. I gave them an extra day to get the medication in. After looking online and finding out they filled the wrong medication that I am allergic to I called. The pharmacist says they have to order it. I said why didn't they order it days ago when they told they would. He says I don't know I wasn't here. I told him I could give him a description of the woman that told me a couple times she would fill it and that it would be ready. He wasn't interested. He gave me the excuse that maybe they couldn't order it. I said they should have called me to let me know that it couldn't be ordered. There is no excuses for incompentence.

Just had one of the most pleasant and helpful conversations with a nice young lady at the pharmacy. I wish I got her name because she was amazing! Even though they didn't have what I was looking for she went above and beyond to help me find other options. Thank you so much, just being willing to help is beyond what I've come to expect from places like this. Kudos to this pharmacy and staff!

Apparently Walgreens pharmacy won't honor appointments made if they are "too busy". poor customer service and the reviews seem to show that.
