Norwich location is always a mess, associates are not welcoming, and too busy walking around on their cell phone or hiding in aisles taking calls. But if you want to be publicly ridiculed and embarrassed because you ask them to honor their price they screwed, then this is the place for you.

Register areas is horrible and product near by is never stocked. Customer service line was horrific while the 3 ladies behind the "desk" sat and chit chatted rather then actually do their job. All.of us standing in line were angry. Bathrooms were filthy

Be very careful when checking out at the cashier. Clerks are to busy chatting and double scanning the same item. When I asked them about it they told me I had to stand on the customer service line for a refund. Had to wait over 1/2 hour because of their mistakes. Lesson learned the hard way.

Walmart is no longer the place with the lowest prices like in the food old days and they switch out merch so often it's sometimes hard to find what you want. Change is often positive, but not in this case.
