As I wait in the customer service line for 30 min, 5th in line and 6 behind me. One service rep, managers doing nothing to help. She walked right by us all and did nothing. Maybe they should have taken all the people that lost there jobs to self check out and trained them to help customers. What a concept Wal-Mart

I love this International Market. The Service, The selection, The Cleanliness, The Seafood Selection alone is unreal, The meat department has everything you can think of. I found the two items that I had been ordering off of Amazon there for a great price.

I will say, out of any wal mart I have been to, this one is by far my favorite. I idiotically last minute shopped for an elf on the shelf because ours disappeared lol. After walking around the store for 45 min, I finally decided to ask. Normally I don't because I never get help. I came across an employee named Linda, who WALKED me around the ENTIRE store twice. Just to make sure we didn't miss it. She was very nice, helpful, and fun to talk to. She looked it up, we walked to the spot and it wasn't there. She felt so bad. I had to cash a check and rushed to customer service . Just for a hoot, I asked Melissa if anyone might have returned one. She had literally just arrived to work, but went and vhecked for me. Sadly none. We finish cashing my check, I tell her the whole story, she says, well follow me. It says we have 43 in stocks. She walks me over to where I already checked with Linda, but we crossed paths with VINNY. This man was an absolute Savior. He is head of the items being bought for the online orders I believe? And he made it his duty to find them in the back. He was about to go home, but instead stopped to help me find this thing. Melissa, Linda, and especially Vinny. Thank you guys so much for helping me keep my sanity, and making my daughter the happiest with her elf on the shelf. I really hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. You 3 are what customer service should be about. You were all so kind and just amazing.

The self check out is fast but your workers make me feel watched. Like profiled while i pay someone else is robbing the store blind. Spend a few extra dollars on training, how to treat ppl ect. You know customer service, what retailers are supposed to provide the customer. Also, your workers are sad and miserable, they all had frowns and their vibe was depressing.

Schedule an oil change in app for 11 am. Show up they say I don’t have an appt even with the barcode and order summary as proof.. said it’d be an hour 40 wait can’t do anything about it. waste of time

I was just there the other day and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and managed this store was. I saw a few long lines begin to form and the management immediately had more cash registers open to help. Very quick and helpful

I was going to purchase Bob Evan's frozen mashed potatoes and a couple other things...was $2 short..offered to put the potatoes back..was told they had to be thrown away!! WHY?? TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AND A WASTE OF PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD..DON'T TELL ME IT'S THE LAW...NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THEM..IT WAS A 2 DAMN MINUTES..SHAME ON WALMART!
