“Stopped here on the way to a friend's house to purchase a bottle of red wine for her mother's birthday. I have no clue about wine at all. I asked the man at the counter what he'd recommend as far as red wines, he went out of his way to show us a great all round red wine and explained to us why it was special compared to other wines ect. Very professional and welcoming I was really impressed, and she loved the wine. If i didn't live in Florida I'd be a regular here. I'm so happy I stopped here and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!”

“I was very impressed with this store. I stopped in after the UConn ladies basketball team won, and wanted to get a bottle of Chardonnay. They didn't have the brand name I was looking for, however, they were very professional and helped me select the bottle that was equivalent to the one I was looking for. “Family owned has been in business for a long time. Remember going there as a kid with my parents & getting a soda out of an old fashion cooler they still have that has rotating metal racks in it & they always gave us lollipops. New owners are super helpful & friendly. Although I dont go in there often they still remember me and treat me well. Large selection of wine & spirits the beer selection is alright has your basic variety plus some newer trendier products and several different types of beer & flavors (lagers, ipa's, etc)”

“Always had great service here. Very friendly and always helpful to both myself and my sister. For the most part has a really good selection, runs out of things occasionally as expected like anywhere else. One of the few places to actually carry these seltzers my sister had found called press. Definitely recommend if you like selzters but don't like the super sweet stuff. I also love that they have a big selection of the different moonshines, the big jars and even in the nippers.”

“It's a very nice wine shop in Middlebury. They have a decent selection of wine, beer and spirits. Bob the owner is very friendly and helpful. It's not a large box store with a gazillion selections mind you but you will like it just the same. Sometimes it's better to shop local and shop small.”

“Fantastic variety and selection. The owner carries some alcohol that I can't find anywhere else locally, and the only liquor store where I can find the larger bottle of my favorite, Wildmoon cucumber. The owner is present every single time I go in there, and he is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Unlike other liquor stores where I wander around trying to find something in particular that I'm looking for, I never have to worry about that there. I always have pleasant experiences with the employees as well.”
