We use Massimo for residential and commercial service. Everyone is personable and professional. We recently had an issue with our central air that they were able to diagnose and fix in short order. I highly recommend Massimo Heating & Cooling.

Such great customer service!! My father was recently in the hospital and his furnace wasn't working at his house. I contacted the company and the receptionist rearranged their tech's schedule to come out sooner, so I could get to the hospital to spend time with my father. Sergio, the tech, was so knowledgeable and kind! The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Both my father and I now have service contracts with them. Such a pleasure to work with!

Excellent customer service! Had an issue with my heat of course on all days when it was zero outside and they found time in their busy schedule to fit me in and troubleshoot and fix the problem same day! Giovanni & Vincenzo were professional and polite and did an excellent job! Highly recommend!!! Will definitely be using them again!

Had another company that came and tried to fix the problem two times and my furnace still didn’t work at all. Paid a bomb and was so frustrated! Called Massimo and they came on the same day and fixed my problem immediately and my furnace has been running tremendously since then. They’re very professional and experienced and couldn’t be happier with their service. They will be the one who I’ll be calling from now on.

Massimo and team replaced my 24 year old central air units with a brand new Bosch heat pump system. From our first meeting it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and an honest businessman. He was able to answer every question I had and he made every effort to get the job done the way I wanted. He and his team worked hard and performed a clean install that we’re very happy with a few weeks in. I’ll be using Massimo for all my heating and cooling needs going forward.

My husband and I were on vacation in Tennessee and my teenage son stayed home in Oakville, CT. The house lost power and when it came back on there was no hot water. We called Massimo from Tennessee on Monday morning at 8 am and they were at the house with a fix by 8:30 am and we paid by phone the very reasonable price for the repair. They definitely saved us. I would highly recommend these guys.

Quality, honesty and punctual. Our steam system gas boiler stopped working mid February. We live in Southington and called a few companies (within 25 miles) for a boiler repair and many quoted the job without truly explaining the process. Some wanted to quote over the phone without coming by the home = fraud! And then there was Massimo who stood out from the rest for many reasons. He was flexible with our timely needs, but the most important one: he was transparent with the process, took the time to educate us on all the details no one bother to do, and provided us with options without trying to rob us blind, because he is simply ethical. We will continue to trust him and his crew with our heating system needs and will refer him to anyone that needs to have a boiler repaired.
