“I had a bad experience at another store and I walked into this bob’s expecting the same and I was wrong!I’d like to take the time to tell anyone who’s looking this is the bobs you need to visit and buy from!I dealt with Rich, (salesman) Ralph (manager), Mark (manager), Wesley (manager).Each one of them deserves recognition, we made a very large purchase after just walking in without an appointment and they knocked it out of the park, I came in there with my guards up and they relaxed me and exceeded my expectations without any hesitations. I’ve had bad experiences at another bobs store at an Ashley store, and a few other furniture stores. This is where I will return and buy anything else I need. “I came to this store from out of town on purpose to look for furniture in specific, was a bit disappointed to find that they barely had a furniture section. However, I did find a lot of other cute items because how can one come to home goods and leave empty handed? Their Christmas section had items that I've never seen at the two HomeGoods near home. The price of items I find to be reasonable but again it's HoemGoods. I'll be back in the future, maybe before the holidays next time to escape a bit of the chaotic-ness”

“Truly an amazing collection of antiques and vintage items. There are several dealers at this design center; while each has their own unique style - including which design period(s) they focus on collecting and presenting - and way of decorating their space, it all comes together to create a beautifully-curated, design-lovers' paradise. Whether you're looking for a statement piece of furniture, the perfect objet d'art, or a new (vintage) piece of art to grace your walls - Avery & Dash is a great place to explore. There is a good mix of prices but definitely what is expected for the quality of pieces presented (please understand, these are authentic vintage and antique pieces in fantastic condition and therefore are priced as collectors' items or investment pieces). Also, the design center staff was very helpful - they greeted us when we went in, allowed us to browse around without hovering, and offered info when I found some things I was interested in (they were very accessible had I needed them sooner). They were the perfect mix of helpful and accessible - without being pushy - and friendly when we started talking. Just go - stroll around, see beautiful things, and even if the prices are outside the budget, inspiration abounds here! I found 3 or 4 mid-century modern buffets/credenzas and 2 dining sets I wanted to take home. If you're there to take it all in, give yourself at least an hour or two - there really is a lot to see. And last but not least - there is a decent amount of parking right near the store.”

“What a beautiful store! There are so many things to like about it. There is a very cool intimate coffee bar serving many kinds of coffee. Steven is the owner and a class act supported by an assortment of very pleasant and helpful associates who truly look like they love what they do! The store carries many unique items including many seasonal goods. Cool antique cars for toddlers, clothing, i noticed a doll house, beautiful candles, coasters, carpets, chairs, children's books, decorative items of all kinds. This is a feel good store with from what i can tell, a loyal clientele to go along with a top notch people happy to serve and guide with a smile!”

I had the best experience working with Heather in the rug store who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She had the repair guy come within 48 hours of my store visit and the repair and cleaning was done in a week. I was amazed with the final repair and it looks brand new. “I came in hoping that I could use some old drapes to upholster two armchairs, which I know is a tall order. Franchesca gladly obliged, I was able to sift through their giant sample wall to find a piping fabric I loved, and they re-stuffed the cushions and pillows that were a bit deflated from years of use. Six weeks later I am so happy with how they turned out. Their work was so well done and detailed in the pattern matching around seams, I really couldn't be more impressed and will definitely be taking other projects that come up to them in the future!”

It has an unusual shape with two backs facing opposing directions and the fabric which needed to flow was patterned. After reading all their reviews I took a leap of faith. “Late in reporting, but I am inspired as I'm disappointed the same account executive is no longer at DWR. By chance I encountered Renai Lewis-Brochard in April 2020 when I made the decision to purchase two Carl Hansen Wishbone chairs for my home during Covid home lockdown. Living in Hawaii where there is no DWR studio I shopped on line and opened an online chat with Renai. She was a delight to work. She addressed all my concerns, sent me some computer rendering of what the chairs would look like in my home, sent me the samples I requested, and followed through until after delivery. This year's online sale isn't going as well. DWR doesn't have samples for items in their sale catalogue or offered online and there's no idea when they might be available.”
