“Kathleen @ Arhaus CT went above and beyond. We had a sectional that we bought a few years ago, and wanted to extend - but the fabric was no longer available via Arhaus. Kathleen tracked down the manufacturer, found the fabric, sent a sample to ensure a match and ultimately was able to complete the order. She simply could of said sorry are can’t help you. This level of service sets the bar…thank you!”

“Wayne and I just wanted to take a moment to tell Rob how truly grateful we are for the incredible work he did redesigning our family room. You didn’t just change the space — he transformed the way it feels to be in our home. It’s warm, inviting, and perfectly reflects our vision for the room. Every detail feels thoughtful and intentional, and we notice something new to love every day. We thank Rob for listening so carefully to what we wanted, for guiding us with his expertise, and for bringing his creativity and vision into our home. It has quickly become our favorite place to gather, relax, and make memories together. We appreciate Rob tremendously. With sincere thanks, Wayne and Ada Parker”

“This is a great shop with lots of fashion and decor fabrics, accessories like trims and ribbon, and notions. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. And don't let the size of the store deceive you- there is an entire basement packed with even more amazing fabrics! It's definitely worth the drive to take a look around.”

“I like going to Wave with my elementary age daughter to pick out birthday gifts for her friends. The ladies that work there are so nice and so helpful. They are also respectful of my budget. You can easily find a gift for a child like a piece of jewelry, ring dish, compact mirror, etc for around $20. Most recently, my daughter selected a cute pair of smiley face earmuffs. To add to the experience, they gift wrap the item so nicely!!! It is one less thing I have to do and think about, which is very appreciated. I will continue to support this small local business because of these reasons.”

“Furniture from ROOM is worth every penny! I particularly like the 73V as it takes the rigid, intense material of glass and makes it appear airy, soft, and pliable. Will be returning shortly.”

“Late in reporting, but I am inspired as I'm disappointed the same account executive is no longer at DWR. By chance I encountered Renai Lewis-Brochard in April 2020 when I made the decision to purchase two Carl Hansen Wishbone chairs for my home during Covid home lockdown. Living in Hawaii where there is no DWR studio I shopped on line and opened an online chat with Renai. She was a delight to work. She addressed all my concerns, sent me some computer rendering of what the chairs would look like in my home, sent me the samples I requested, and followed through until after delivery. This year's online sale isn't going as well. DWR doesn't have samples for items in their sale catalogue or offered online and there's no idea when they might be available.”

“I just worked with The Linen Shop and every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, gracious, helpful and wonderful. The shop is beautiful and the people who work here are as well.”
859 Post Rd, Darien CT 06820
“If you have furniture that is dear and precious Good Goods in Darien is the place to take it. They understand heirloom furniture and don't replace horse hair and down with synthetics (unless that is what you want). This staff is knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They have transformed my living room. What was once my great grandmother's tattered camelback couch has been covered with a clean inviting linen and pillows made from an old antique rug. A pop of color in an English velvet bought new cozy- down- filled life to my grandmother's wing chair. And the parlor chair no one wanted is nothing short of a showpiece having used a pattern that was meticulously matched and beautifully finished. There has not been one thing they have done for me that has not exceeded my great expectations. I expected good what I got was nothing short of great!”
