I own a business in town and am constantly trying to fix things that get broken in a pinch. Admittedly I’m not very handy when it comes to that but this store and the staff always come to the rescue and give me advice as to what I need and how to make it happen! Owen is great, Karen is very welcoming and pleasant and Brian always goes out of his way to help! To all the staff and management, you are appreciated! Thank you!

Excellent hardware store with a great selection of screws, nuts, bolts, etc in steel, brass, stainless steel,marine grade (316) stainless steel, etc. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff.

They have darn near everything, but the lady that I dealt with looked bored and not at all interested in really helping me. But, that’s Connecticut. Not really all that friendly folks in the state, and I was born and raised here!

Very clean, well organized store. The staff is extremely helpful and knows their products and where they are , when we checked out. They were extremely friendly, and the young guy who helped us gave my dog a biscuit. That writes him a five and a reason to return to the store for that alone. If you are the owner of this establishment, you should be very proud of your help. Particularly young guy at the register today.

Seemed disorganized.Not enough cashier's. Nuts and bolts not price labeled and caused excessive delays. People are pleasant enough.
