“We have been business and personal banking customers at this branch through many changes in ownership for almost 20 years ...New Haven Savings, First Niagara, and now Key. I am reading the bad reviews and I feel I have to stick up for the crew. I find this group of KeyBank employees to be the most professional I have ever seen at this location. There has been low turnover since the new ownership. The lobby looks nicer. The online banking is extremely easy to use. The staff always goes out of their way to assist me. I find the service consistent at other Key branches. My only complaint is that I have to drive to Westbrook when I need a notary. There used to be one in this branch.”
