“I am looking for a loan and had called for an appointment. The person on the phone said I could come right in, or pick a time. I went in right then. As I walked in, he was watching for me and called me by my name. He was very energetic, positive and knowledgeable! If I can make the loan work out I will be going with Liberty. Very friendly and helpful!!”
“The merger of People’s Bank with M & T Bank had us question how our Customer-Banker relationship would be affected? Dina Lopes made sure it remained strong. With Dina at the helm we were confident the transitioning of the Old Saybrook People's Bank to M & T bank would be executed seamlessly and skillfully. Through the years we have relied on Dina’s integrity and her deep commitment to Customer Service. We trusted Dina would go the extra mile advocating on our behalf and presenting us with recommendations and options. Thank you Dina for being consistent, for being authentic and for leading a well-organized and competent team and for maintaining your branch as welcoming as ever! The Diffleys”
“This has been my bank place forever, people are so very nice but you have to check your stuff. The elderly lady had messed up my banking so many times. I tell her I want to cash something and she deposits it, have to tell her many times in a row what you are doing with your money so she gets it. Very nice lady , but sometimes frustrating.”
“I went in clueless about the differences between Roth IRA / 401k & Gavin Wall explained it perfectly and helped me setup an account with Bank of America. Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews for this place.”
“Could not have been more nice and helpful. Forgot my wallet, didn't want to go back and get it, they were extremely helpful in helping me set up my Google Wallet so I could pull cash from ATM.”
“The Essex is Ok but they think they are better than they are. Salad was good. My husbands tuna had a sauce that fought with the tuna. Suggested wine pairing did not work. Did not enjoy how crowded we were at the bar. We’ll try again.”
