I just love Big Y. Convenience and great service. Prepared foods are a fabulous bonus. Not a bargain store but fair prices and great selection.
Updating my review. Have been going to Big Y for many years now. Still love it. Still think some things are a little pricey but no different than any other grocery store. Very disappointed that they started charging fees for Electric Vehicle charging. They used to give one free hour of charging while you shop. I really enjoyed grabbing a few kilowatt hours while I shopped. It was a nice perk that made me choose Big Y over other stores. I am less loyal now. I shop for convenience and best sales so sometimes I end up at other stores. But Big Y is definitely still in my top three for grocery shopping.

Review for Manager Cam
I recently shopped at Big Y and selected two items that had store-provided coupons displayed right next to them. When I went to check out, I was told that the coupons were expired. I did not bring these coupons from outside; they were placed by the store itself.
I had to wait for Manager Cam to come over and assist. Unfortunately, instead of handling the situation professionally and respectfully, he was very rude and dismissive, simply telling me “too bad” that the coupons were expired. As a manager in customer service, he should have honored the coupons since they were still being advertised by the store, or at the very least handled the situation with courtesy and respect.
It was never about the small amount of money — it was about being treated fairly as a customer. Manager Cam needs to better understand the importance of his role in providing good customer service. His behavior left a very negative impression.

This review is for the bakery department:
Several times I have ordered cakes or bought other sweet treats from this location and have always had a great experience. This particular time they way over exceeded my expectations. I had asked bakery department to make a cake for a 12th birthday with mushrooms decorating it. It was the best the most whimsical cake we could have hoped for and tasted wonderful! It was that extra thing that really brought the birthday to the next level! I wanted to express my gratitude and make sure other people see what a great experience they can have with big Y bakery

One of my favorite grocery stores! I love the wide isles and the prepared foods are very good. I sometimes stop in and grab a slice of pizza on my way home from work.

Bakery staff was rude unprofessional & not helpful at all. Very lazy staff & to the staff member in the back coughing all over the cakes u were decorating this is beyond disgusting. Might wanna hire more reliable & clean staff. I will not be returning & will let my family whom live in the area know about this.

I purchased flowers for my sick mom. I picked what looked like the best out of what was offered as 19.99 dollar arrangement. I won't trust them again. Secreted within were old, broken flowes, bent stems and just a stem. I regret buying these. You won't get ur monies worth.
