Go to a different company. You’re welcome. Water damage to your property. Mold most likely to follow if not already in our stuff thanks to and caused by actual water in unit. I have before and after pictures so hopefully they do the right thing and don’t give me the run around.
My unit 2359 absolutely has a leak somewhere in that building affecting the unit I’ve rented and from the looks of it other units as well. So much for indoor storage. Unfortunately I have not spent much time there and have only dropped off things maybe 2/3 times since registration. I found it a bit odd the staff asked for a review immediately when picking up the lock/key/access information when I first registered. The person who asked for the was nice/pleasant. They claimed that they’re in competition with other locations but that’s not enough for me to write a review and I remember thinking how am I going to review a service I haven’t used but maybe I’ll write a review someday as long as things go well. Here we are but instead of a good review they’re getting big fat zero from us. Welll we went today to bring more belongings to the unit. All cardboard boxes/furniture/toys that were on the floor yep you got water contact/damaged. Lord knows what mold may now be in my property that I now will need to scramble to find a new unit and move all the property from one to the other on a day when I just don’t have time for this inconvenience. Finally, I believe there’s black mold on the walls but I’ll test and confirm that and post the results here so you can make a better informed decision about what you store in this place or if you decide to use them at all (and you absolutely should not).

Easy on-line reservation, lease signing and payment. Follow-up phone call was appreciated. Easy to talk to a real person by phone if questions. Clean unit and as described. Did not give 5 stars because the on-line quote did not include insurance amount and invoice monthly fees.

Everything is displayed that the business closes at 10 but it doesn't let you know that if you're stuck on the property by accident, you cannot get out. You will be locked in with no 24-hour customer service to actually speak to until 6:00 in the next morning or you call emergency services like I had to get out. And there's barbed wiring on the top of each fence so you can't even climb out legit locked in.

We were so pleasantly received as walk in's with lots of questions! Both Rhae & Cathleen were very informative, personable and insightful. Rhae showed us options and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be utilizing Cube Smart for our storage needs.

First time storing our travel trailer here. Kathleen was quick to assist with the gate code and also came to our parking spot to assist in exactly locating it. We noticed how clean the area was and also the use of rodent control methods. Centrally located and first month free... All in all a good deal.
