If I could give zero stars I would. Not size inclusive in any capacity. And the two women in the store front are very rude and judgemental. Besides the overall atmosphere, the clothes range from a 12 year olds taste level to an 80 year olds. Definitely don’t recommend

I’ve owned a home in old Saybrook for 8 1/2 years. I’ve come to the store twice. I’ve made one purchase. They are not friendly at the store at all. I’m a business owner. I’ve owned several businesses. I’ve gone into the store twice. I do not even get a hello or can I help you with anything arrogant attitude? Women are not friendly at all in here I will not purchase another item here. This is a consignment store Used clothing ! The pretentiousness is not appreciated!
You could do a lot better with customer service. It’s made me not want to ever come back in that store again after two bad encounters. I am a business owner and would never treat my customers like this at all!

It’s been a while since I’ve consigned here and was so happy to have given Fantasia another try this season. Over the years, this shop has kept up with trends while still showcasing classic and classy items! I love seeing new with tags items in the store, too. Great variety of brands and everything is very easy to shop and nicely displayed.
I was happy with how simple the consignment process was—and happy to have a little extra room in my closet! Great location with ample parking, as well. Can’t wait to return next season.

The husband has the attitude that they are doing you a big favor and don't realize that your merchandise gives them money. He's so rude. I am amazed anyone does business with these terrible business people . It's a shame how they treat their customer. I would give them a minus 5 rating poll

Surprised. After calling to say that I had Lilly Pulitzer clothing from about 8 years ago they had me make an appointment. So I went in and was told that the items were too old. Why did they make the appointment in the first place?? I Never knew Lilly to ever go out of style no matter what the print. Maybe they need to listen better

Excellent shop to consign and buy from! I've always experienced a wealth of warmth, even if I didn't buy that day. Filled with wonderful finds and always restocking with new products.

Don’t try and make a same day appointment. The husband gets so snotty with you even if they are a Louie and Chanel bag you want to drop off.

Beautiful selection of stylish jewelry, clothing, shoes and bags. Prices and quality were good. Helpful shopkeepers. Definitely will go back when in area.

My friend really wanted to show me Fantasia the consignment store in Old Saybrook. This is such a little gem of a store. It doesn't even feel (or smell) like a consignment store, but more like a small boutique. It is very well organized, carefully selected, and everything looks brand new. There are items here from Chanel, YSL, Tiffany & Co, Fendi,Tory Burch and so much more. Everything isn't my style, but everything looks crisp and new. The prices are also very appropriate. It's easy to navigate the items and the store, items are sorted by category and size, there isn't too much of anything. My friend and I both found some great gems. I can't wait to come back and see what else we'll find in the future.
