Ugh I have never seen worse staff in my life, this morning was the absolute worst experience overall. Why are staff allowed to make children cry?! Never stepping foot into this store again if Jamie is on shift. Do better 5 below this is disgusting.

I would love to know why as a company you hide your managers in places unseen, today I needed assistance and had to wait over 30 minutes for a manager apparently Jamie (heard the name called over radio) just to be met with attitude and to feel like a waste of her time. Never shopping here again thanks for nothing 5 below.
