While placing my order, I forgot my password. I hit the forgot password button at least 3 times over a 20 minute period. Nothing was sent. So I tried using chat, and the person did not understand I needed to reset my password. So I ordered as a guest. This is the second time trying to reset my password in a broken system.

This company has never gotten an order right for me. Flowers were delivered 2 days late. And the wrong bouquet was sent. (See photos).
They Recieved 2 stars not 1 because they did give me a refund.
