Brought in vehicle for something that should take less than 2 hours. Ibbs Auto Service kept my vehicle for over a week without contacting me or updating me. When I received my vehicle back, it was tampered with and had parts removed from it. You thought you could outsmart me but you only fooled yourself. Shame on the owner and workers who were involved in this.

My "go to" for any and all maintenance needed on my vehicle. I live clear across the country but have a vehicle back in my hometown of CT. Jim provides exceptional customer service and the shop is thorough.

If you want a repair shop who knows your name, fixes what actually needs to be repaired rather than upcharging you and is there when you really need them then this is the shop. Jim is running a excellent shop and should be congratulated.

When I first came to Connecticut, I needed a brake job, and everywhere I called quoted me nearly double what Jim @ Ibb's quoted me. They then proceeded to do the job and got me out of there for even less than what they quoted over the phone. Since then, I've been going back for everything that I can't do myself, and they always do a great job and are more than fair with their pricing. Quality work, quality parts, and an awesome staff all add up to what is quite frankly the best garage I have ever done business with in my life. Just bring Jim a bottle of good whiskey, and they will get you squared away right! ?
