They claim to pride themselves on their service. Couldn't prove that by my experience. They installed a gas fireplace in our home maybe 6/7 years ago. This year it won't light. Pilot is lit, but the logs won't ignite. Called to set up a service call to get it checked out/ fixed. First, they said that they couldn't get to it until December, and we said fine. When we called back to schedule the December appointment, they declined to help us at all. Even after we reminded him that he installed it, he said he couldn't help. When asked for a referral as to who might be able to service the unit he sold us, he said he didn't know. WTF? If you expect them to be there after the sale for any help, don't other. Find someone else to buy from, because Jager won't support what they sell.
