I was going here frequently and the prices of the nails change every time I am there. I had recommended this place to my friends, and they had paid anywhere from $55 for a full set of french tip acrylics, to $47 for an acrylic fill, $47 for a dip fill, $37 for a gel extensions fill, meanwhile I just paid $70 for a gel manicure with builder gel and 3 nail extensions because my natural nails had broke. It has never costed me this much and at first they said $70, then $69. The pricing makes no sense, and changes every time myself, or someone I know goes there. They do not trim your cuticles or match the size/shape of the nails from one hand to another. The last time I paid $70 there was when I got an entire set of acrylic nails with hand painted designs, and gems. I usually ask the price on the phone to double check, and this time I did not.

male nail technician did not believe that the service was paid for after bank gave them proof. I was kept there and held hostage. My own cell phone was thrown at me because he didn't believe the bank on the other line. What kind of behavior is this towards customers with their personal belongings? sayonara, lovely nails.

I have been here many a time. The main reason I give it one star is because of hygiene. The final straw was she had cut my nail while trying to remove my acrylics and made me bleed. As I was bleeding she used the brush from a product put it on my nail that was bleeding and then put the brush back in the product with out cleaning it. I felt unsafe coming back there after that because of other possible hazards like that. I still paid for the service even though she broke my nail to the point of it bleeding and being extremely painful. I will never becoming back and I would not recommend to anyone I care about.Services: Nail art

She didn't even remove all the previous color before just painting over it.The polish looks lumpy. Cuticles still messy. All 10 fingers got significant paint on skin, which is ugly and uncomfortable. Huge waste of money and time I have to spend getting it off.

Been coming here for about 6 months now & I've been enjoying it! I get acrylics with gel polish & they usually last the whole 3 weeks between my appointments, despite me being pretty hard on my nails. I've been making my appointments the day before with no issue & I really appreciate that! Everyone here has been very nice & the price is hard to beat. Thanks!

Wish I could have written a more positive review but I can’t. Went in for a gel manicure and the first time the dude did them kind of sloppy, his nails were super sharp and kept poking me when he was massaging my hands at the end. The woman (who I assume is the owner) was very sweet and offered to fix them but she ended up doing almost a worse job than he did. After over an hour there I didn’t have the time or the heart to ask them to fix it again. They all seem like nice people, it’s a shame. I gave them two instead of one cause they tried at least. I should have just asked for my money back and went somewhere else.
