Even though I had to wait for help I have to say the man who eventually helped me apologized for my wait and was very pleasant even though I was a bit difficult at first. He gave me a business card and let me know if I call ahead of time they can have things ready. Wasn’t expecting them to take ownership of having to wait but he did! Good job!!”
