I just purchased a dishwasher, stove and 2 air conditioners from the folks at Shore Appliances. They matched other stores’ prices, in one case discounting almost 40% from their own list price. They delivered on time, installed with no mess, returned without hesitation for a couple of tweaks. Every person I worked with was courteous and helpful, especially Mark, Glen and Angus. This is a well run business!

From the moment we entered Shoreline Appliance in Old Saybrook we were impressed with the quality of their Employees. Kameron, Pedro & Tim not only were helpful, they were a delight to work with!
The 2 young Men who delivered & installed our Oven continued our satisfaction of doing business with Shoreline. Again , how rare it is to have interactions with any Store and receive services of this caliber.
Lastly, I must give a special
thank you to Angus. Operating the new stove I was concerned about a slight issue. Angus went through a complete " check up" of the Stove. It really all came down to my having to become familiar with the
new Stove & it's operation.
All is perfect & I have even baked a few new recipes in the Oven ?

This is a great place to buy appliances. The sales team is sophisticated and passionate.
