My daughter, who has learning disabilities, has gone in 3 times to wash and blow dry her hair. The price started at $40 and went up to $70! When I called to ask how much a wash, cut and blow dry was, I was told $74! So why was she charged $70 for just a wash and blow dry? They completely took advantage of her. Horrible.

I went in for a blow dry in an emergency for a wedding…waited 20+ minutes blow dry posted at $25 .. a woman came in who was a regular and was after me … they then quoted me $45 and said my hair is considered long it does not even hit my chin … they wanted to get rid of me so the regular didn’t have to wait they were backed up … they suck at business/customer service so I’m glad they didn’t get to touch my hair.. … never again and I have used super cuts for over 20 years… I hope you go out of business.. price gouging at its finest!!!!

Absolute worst haircut of my life- like so bad it warrants warning the general public.
I came in and asked for trim, I had sort of a longish stylized bob haircut. My hair has a little wave to it so it doesn't need to be a hard straight--the front dipped almost to my collarbone and I pointed out I liked the layers making the curl.
Without finding my part or asking for confirmation on definition of a trim- She took a tuft of my hair on top of the middle of my head and cut it to 3 inches long.
From the first moment she was complaining about her children,(!)I don't think she even realized what a horrific mistake she made. She literally chopped seven or eight inches off of the middle of the center of my hair!
The rest of my hair is a jagged mid length nightmare with one thick tuft shooting straight up like a Cocateel feather. If I try to make it go down, I look like a psychotic hillbilly with feathered mullet and jagged uneven bangs past my eyebrows. I wildly attempt to tuck behind this tuft behind my years, but they won't reach for months, the just slide jagged back into my eyeline...
WHY? WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS HIDEOUS HAIRCUT?
It's just hair.
I know it grows back.
But it will literally be years before I recovery from this one.

I have had Kathy trim my hair for the past year. Each of the 3 times she has done it to perfection.
She is a personable, experienced Stylist.
I love the "walk in" feature of Supercuts. I am sure I am not the only person who on the spur of the moment decides their hair needs a refresh!

My wife made an appointment with a certain stylist. After I dropped her off she was told by the manager that she cancelled her appointment. That never happened. He embarrassed and humiliated my wife in front of other customers and staff. Obviously they overbooked in which they screwed my wife. Not going to happen again. Very unprofessional and liars.

Horrible staff. The manager insulted my wife in front of other costumers and staff. He blatantly lied to my wife. They obviously over booked their staff and he said my wife canceled her appointment twice. Such BS. This place should be shut down.

Clean, bright facility. Staff is polite, professional and experienced. No appointments but the line moves quickly due to the staff's efficiency. Cost can't be beat - I got my long thick hair cut for $21.95.

I have gotten my hair cut here for a few years and usually have a great experience. Sometimes on the weekends, the wait can be a little long. That's what happens though, since most people are off work and are out and about running errands!I always ask for Megan if she's available. She is really efficient and always does a great job cutting my hair.

The last three times I've been there, I've hoped that these stylist had gotten better. They don't care how you want your hair dried, they don't even ask. I go in there looking my age, come out looking like an 80 year old woman. They truly are unprofessional. The stylists all claim they've been doing their job for so many years, and yet quite frankly, they still suck. Last time I waste $50 on a haircut and style from this place. It's absolutely not worth the money!
