This is more than just a pet store. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable. I had seen two vets regarding my dogs digestive issues and tried two different prescription dog foods that made them sicker. My friend sent me to the Feed Bag and the first food the owner recommended fixed both dogs issues immediately and now they have perfect stools. I am so grateful for the help and guidance. Great experience!!

The owner and her assistant are very knowledgeable about animals, my wife and I enjoy talking to them about our pets, they came very recommend from a dear friend who i trust ,and i would recommend them for all you pets needs..thanks guys????

Trish..again id like to thank u for all the help with Thor.We are out in California now and the one thing missing in our area is the non/ chain , pet shop. ( i know ill find one eventually) i miss being able to run in for a well deserved bully stick, that i know for sure is chemical free☮️

The owner, Tricia, knows literally just about any question you can ask her. She's has so much knowledge in her brain that you'd think she was much older than she is. She is just such a wealth of information, suggestions, and recommendations and tries hard to help her customers with all there many questions. I enjoy her store and she has just about everything the big stores have. Her prices are right in line with other pet stores in town. She is a nice lady and is always pleasant. She has helped me out many times, and she asks how things are going? Most of all, I trust her with my pups life. That says it all! Thanks, Tricia

In a world where positive reinforcement is the norm for training dogs, the staff here uses negative reinforcement. While staff was attempting to fit my 6 month old puppy for a collar, held puppy in the air by its neck, feet off the ground stating “it was the puppy’s fault for struggling”. Not pet friendly, don’t understand the pets or customer needs, and watch out for owner’s dog. This was addressed directly with the owner but she was more interested in not becoming involved.

Thank You Tricia! Tricia's knowledge of my Dog's needs was impeccable. Our Milo has arthritis and allergies, he is almost 12. I love how caring she was towards my baby! Thank You for all the recommendations and great selections to choose from. Odin always a pleasure to see you!!

Trish and Spencer are great help. Their knowledge in food, treats and training aids is an amazing. Been going to them since August with my dog Finn. They always welcome us like family and all my questions to the best of their abilities. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Great store with a lot of option for dog food. Owner is very knowledgeable in what she's selling and esp mastiff large breeds and their needs. Always takes the time going through different things, today looked out pups paws and recommended to to best trim them and what to use, we came home and did it, and it was smooth sailing! Thank you for always helping and listening ! Odin was a love as usual!!!
