“The fuel was a hair above half when I picked it up. They marked it as 5/8 in the sheet. I was expecting that when I return it at the or above the same level I would not get charged. The fuel was a hair below 5/8 when I fueled it up and returned it. They marked it as half full and charged me 1/8 tank of gas. Later Carol helped resolved the issue and refunded the extra fuel charge. Remember to take pictures if your fuel reading at pickup and when you return it.”
“Pickup was easy. Took about 10 min. I was waiting outside so I didn't experience the process here. Large enough lot with a variety of rental trucks, trailers, etc... Be sure to reserve your choice ahead of time, and get there early to avoid the rush. Office is in the red "garage" labeled "auto detailing"”
