The employees at the OS USPS are absolutely the best!!! I had 9 boxes to ship and the staff was super helpful (let me borrow a handcart), extremely pleasant and very patient. It’s always a good experience. A big shout out and thank you 🙌👋🙏

Holy cow- went here for my first ever passport application submittal and what a breeze! Our USPS associate was helpful, clear, and quick. We processed two applications in under 30 minutes. She answered all questions and made us comfortable. Totally awesome! Thanks again, OS post office!

I was at Old Saybrook post office today for passport walk in service and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was served by really good gentleman and lady name Manira. 5star to both of them. Best Post office.
