Working with Curtis on getting a new phone was like pressing the easy button. As a 60ish person, I tend to be somewhat tech challenged. Curtis treated me with respect and made sure all the apps I had on my old phone were transferred to my new phone, AND made sure I knew how to access them. Above and beyond, in my humble opinion. Verizon, give this young man a raise!

Walked in a nervous wreck, failing at transferring my old android onto my new one at home. Curtis immediately settled down my nerves with knowledge and dexterity. Plus he told me about 2 special Verizon deals i could take advantage of right there. Kyle was also enormously helpful. Top-notch staffing!

Old Saybrook Verizon shop and Curtis provided excellent customer service in identifying problems, selecting a new phone and setting everything up. They reviewed options and the best deals including home Internet. All of the team is very patient!
