“I hadn't been to the store in ages. I needed a few things so stopped by & was helped by various members of the staff to help with checking my cc, finding items, & going through the checkout. The store is really beautiful; departments seemed larger than in the past, merchandise was varied & fashionable, prices were amazing. I needed more time but was in a rush. I'll be back so I can better appreciate the range of items & just enjoy the process. A terrific store. And the people working there were beyond helpful & simply very nice. “I wandered up to the rug department at Saybrook Home to take a quick look at their Orientals, and the rugs were so beautiful that I came home with one! The process was made so much easier with the help of Ryan, who spent a lot of time with me flipping through countless rugs. He was very good at explaining the styles and historical background and also had a great aesthetic which made the choosing easier. I highly recommend the store and Ryan himself, he’s a real credit to their business.”
